I wanted to thank you for The Diet Survivor's Handbook. I picked it up last weekend and could not put it down – it is amazing and has absolutely changed my life! I have struggled my entire life with dieting, and despite having a Ph.D in psychology have never been content with my body. I am now a professor and am often shocked by the body image problems in my graduate students – despite being intelligent people they hate their bodies and have such low self-esteem.
